Student Athlete Program 4.3.0

The Student Athlete Program is a comprehensive resource that is acquired by high school athletic directors and distributed to all coaches for the benefit of their athletes. This program offers an abundance of content to cover three athletic seasons per year for a total of four years, ensuring a diverse curriculum without repetition. Each week centers around a specific character trait, and our program includes a daily lesson specifically designed to reinforce this trait in a impactful manner. To encourage self-reflection, we conclude each lesson with a thought-provoking question. The athletes' responses are seamlessly forwarded to their respective coaches for valuable feedback and guidance.
